Sales and Marketing for Botsford Ready Mix concrete. In 1976, he founded Fields Foundation Co. In Kansas City and in 1991 started Tri-City Contractors in Raleigh, North Carolina. In 1994, Fields closed operations in Kansas City and transferTed equipments and staff to North Carolina.

He was responsible for the development of an operational manual for the car hire service in Lagos Sheraton Hotels and Towers (1996) which is still a thriving business unit to date He also designed and implemented segmented and cost centre reporting system for the company.

Kehinde also acted as the principal Project Engineer for the Eko suite Luxury Apartment Project along Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Vitoria Island, Lagos, At the inception of MTN communication Nigeria Limited Operation in Nigeria, he was one of the ploneers structural Engineers as a Resident Engineer that undertook the design and supervision of their various building facilities on Vitoria Island, Lagos. He worked as a Resident Engineer for the Central Bank of Nigeria main branch Building Project at various locations in the country for over 12 years under residency appointment with Ove Arup and Partners Nigeria Limited.
