Our team combines 40 years top management expertise in the areas of project management, architecture and engineering design. Incorporated in November 2012. Our client-centric approach focuses on leading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and resources, managing project progress and adapt work as required while ensuring projects meet deadlines. In managing projects we subscribe to the internationally recognised PMIs PMBoK [Project Management Body of Knowledge). which ensures that good practice project. management methodologies are implemented in our projects depending on the client and the nature of project.
